Nursing Research Conference Boasts Strong Spartan Presence

The College of Nursing at Michigan State University will have a strong presence at the 2009 Midwest Nursing Research Society's (MNRS) 33rd Annual Research Conference. Eighteen faculty researchers, alumni, and doctoral students will present their programs of research on various healthcare related issues.

Michigan State University faculty, staff, and students have collaborated with each other as well as external researchers to investigate these research topics of interest. Interdisciplinary activities are utilized to promote innovation in order to improve the delivery of healthcare and scientific knowledge underpinning evidence-based nursing practice. Outcomes from College of Nursing research helps to improve the continuity of safe, patient centered care and the quality of patient and family outcomes.
